Our First Livestream on TikTok

We launched our first TikTok Live livestream on Thursday, 25th August 2022 featuring our exclusive distributorship products Hai Fu Sheng Instant Meals and Horlicks Malties. The broadcast of the livestream was promoted on Mamabox social media platforms as well as official E-Commerce website. Our hosts, Michael and Yuan Yue interacted and engaged viewers with quizzes and giveaways while also conducting live demonstrations of the preparation methods of selected favourites from our Hai Fu Sheng Instant Meal series.

The livestream allows for an introduction of the products with a personal touch – directly connecting to your consumers and understanding their sentiments towards the products. Viewers who tuned in were treated to exclusive in-stream discounts and special time-limited deals while those who bought during the livestream were promised next day order fulfilment. First-time buyers were also able to enjoy up to $8 off for only a minimum of $10 spent.

Before debuting our first livestream on TikTok Live, Mamabox had also been hosting weekly livestreams every Thursday on Shopee Live. We had 10,000 Shopee coins up for grabs each week, with exclusive vouchers and promotions limited only to viewers of the livestream. Our hosts also encouraged viewers to react and interact with us on the livestream through short quizzes and in-stream polls. We have featured a large variety of products on our livestream ranging from food items like Catcher Gourmet drink mixers and Fuji Water to personal care products like Impulse body sprays.
