Responsibilities
    1. Oversee the company procurement function, develop, establish, implement, and enforce supplier guidelines, obligations, and service
    2. level agreements to the organisation.
    3. Handle purchasing, quotation, sourcing.
    4. To identify new potential products or markets.
    5. Analyse market trends and collaborate with Sales and Marketing department to come out with new promotions.
    6. Handling the global procurement of FMCG, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, and Lifestyle products.
    7. Able to negotiate prices with suppliers and formalising contracts.
    8. Problem solving and adopt the costing technique for sourcing and deliver on optimum CQD (Cost, Quality, Delivery).
      Handle the demand forecast for all SKUs to ensure that there is proper supply.
    9. Inventory control.
    10. Create, set, and maintain department KPIs.
    11. Provide management with data and reports related to purchasing activities as and when required.
    12. Onboard suppliers on our Advertising and Promotion campaigns.
Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Meet and/or exceed established goals, call targets, revenue targets, and new business acquisition initiatives, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • New leads development.
  • Expansion of distribution channels for Modern Trade and General Trade.
  • Constantly conduct assessment of current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance.

Marketing Intern

  • Marketing for Our Holding Company and its subsidiaries. 
  • Enhance brand awareness as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create online graphics, landing pages, banners, etc to optimize user experience
  • Manage marketing campaign, copy writing, track and analyze effectiveness
  • Analyse, measure and report monthly performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals across multiple channels and customer touch point
  • Background in graphic/visual design preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Understand potential client business needs. – Liaise, and match Mamabox services that fit their business needs
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Create development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
  • Meet existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
  • Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, e-commerce, and procurement

Job Description

  • Assist in managing the marketing strategies of Mamabox’s distribution products & services, which revolves around FMCG, Personal Care, Lifestyle, and Pharmaceuticals sector.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials for campaigns that are consistent with the brand identity on the following, not limited to:
      • Product images and collaterals
      • Social media collateral
      • Brochures and banners
      • Sticker and packaging label
      • Corporate and/or marketing videos
      • Presentation for events, seminars etc.
      • Media conferences and press releases
  • Work closely with the internal departments such as Sales, E-Commerce, Operation and Business Development team.
  • Create engaging written & pictorial content target audiences that are consistent with brand identity
  • Create and review meaningful contents on social media platforms and websites to improve customer engagement, maintaining public awareness and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends including studying competitors’ products and services.
  • Feedback to management on competitor activities and market intelligence.
  • Assist in both online and offline events such as webinar and exhibitions and knowledge sharing both locally and internationally.
  • Create, review and update marketing collaterals such as brochures and product images when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing of monthly report of marketing efforts to reflect progression.
  • Any other assignments as directed by the Company

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Degree in Marketing, Design, Graphic Design or Visual Communication, mass communications/info communication with min 4 years’ relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
  • Competent in using both current and evolving social media tools and analytics.
  • Good understanding and proficiency in the usage of various social media/digital marketing channels such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, forums etc.
  • Good understanding and proficiency in local online marketplaces.
  • Demonstrate ability to juggle multiple projects, excellent communication skills, a team player, ability to multitask, has good time manage.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willing and able to go for oversea business trips.
